True Hearts of Rottweiler Rescue (THORR) is a non-profit, 501(c)3, all volunteer organization that cares deeply about Rottweilers and is devoted to (1) placing orphaned and displaced Rottweilers in responsible, loving homes, and (2) educating the public about the Rottweiler breed.
